Last year’s course was oversubscribed so early booking is strongly advised. All applications will be acknowledged. Provisional places will only be confirmed when full fee payment has been received.
Detailed joining instructions, including a map, will be sent to all participants one month prior to the commencement of the course. While every attempt will be made to ensure the material arrives in time, it is the participants' responsibility to contact us if the information is not received.
The fee for course is £1950 if booked by 30th June 2013, and £2250 if booked after 30th June 2013.
The optional maths and Excel refresher day on Sunday 15th September 2013 is free of charge. The fee covers tuition, a comprehensive set of course notes, a licensed copy of the Berkeley Madonna modelling package, light refreshments and a course reception but does not cover other meals or accommodation.
We can accept payment by credit card (we accept Visa, MasterCard or JCB), debit card (we accept Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro or Solo), or cheque / bank draft. We ask you to indicate your method of payment when you apply for the course.
We do not require payment details when you apply: we will tell you how to pay once you have been offered a place.

This year, we will award a scholarship to cover registration fees. Applicants from developing countries with quantitative training in infectious disease epidemiology are especially encouraged to apply.
To be considered, please apply through our application webpage before April 13th 2013 and specify in your cover letter that you wish to be considered for a scholarship. Decisions regarding scholarships will be made by the end of April.
Heathrow - St Marys is situated close to Paddington Station which is in easy reach of Heathrow Airport via the Heathrow Express.
Gatwick, Stansted, Luton and City Airports are all easily accessible via tube connections.
Paddington Station is on the Circle, Disrict,Bakerloo and Hammersmith & City Underground Lines which are easily accessible from mainline rail stations.

Single bedroom accommodation is available in local hotels within easy access to the St Mary’s Hospital Campus. The minimum cost of a room with shower/bath is in the region of £85 per night. Student accommodation at the South Kensington campus is also availiable from £49 per night. This is additional to the course fee, and participants are responsible for payment of their hotel bills. Overseas delegates requiring Visas for the UK are responsible for their application and should allow sufficient time for the process to be completed.
If you wish to cancel your place on the course please inform us in writing, by email, post or fax. Cancellations made more than four weeks before the start of the course will be be offered an 80% refund. If you cancel within four weeks of the start of the course we may not offer you a refund.
We reserve the right to cancel the course at short notice. We will endeavour to provide participants with as much notice as possible, but will not accept liability for costs incurred by participants or their organisations for the cancellation of travel arrangements and/or accommodation reservations as a result of the course being cancelled or postponed. If a course is cancelled, fees will be refunded in full. We also reserve the right to postpone or make alterations to the content of the course.
